Hearts racing, stifled giggles backstage, programs rustling, the lights go down, music starts, you feel like you're going to pass out.
Opening night! Only 31 days away (not like I'm counting or anything)!
Night at the Wax Museum is practically all I've been thinking about these past few months (that, and my confirmation) and I can't believe we're so close to opening night!
This show is going to be so much better and well put together than last year, this year everyone knows their lines and songs and dances, it just gets me so pumped up and ready to perform!

You all must be SO excited for the opening night. I wonder if we will be able to see it...Anyway! congrats and have fun!
*hops up and down*
The lights are the thing that gets me. Blinding you. Casting circles and shadows on the stage. Beaming down like a light from heaven, getting the adrenaline flowing.
Soooo excitable. :D
Kara- It would be so wonderful if you guys were able to come!
Bailey- The lights also make it more difficult to see the faces of the people watching, which makes it so much easier not to be nervous :)
I remember being excited for our "plays" that we made up too. We had a BIG crowd at one of them...somewhere around 20-30 people! (We revised the play, as well as performed it - in our basement.)
