We watched the first part of the last episode of Monk last night.
I think it was a good way to start wrapping up the series. I laughed, and I'll admit it, I cried. It was one of the best episodes yet and I can't wait until the series finale next week.
Having it spoiler free is hard, how about this, highlight the rest of the post if you don't mind getting spoiled.
I loved the scene with Randy and the speaker phone thing, it was such a Randy moment too, you see him running up the stairs and I thought it was going to be his big moment where he catches the bad guy, but, of course, he messes up. It was really funny though.
And I loved the last scene, it was an awesome cliff hanger and I was literally on the edge of my seat. When Natalie was handing him the present was when I started crying, seeing her crying and knowing the show (and possibly the life of the main character) was coming to an end after eight seasons was sad. I loved what was in the present though. :)
And the vomiting, that was funny. He'd rather die then vomit..
Also, I think I cried when Monk was at Trudy's grave, saying 'I love you, I'll see you tomorrow'
AND it was so obvious it was the wipes that were poisoning him for crying out loud, and why didn't the detectives think to check the store seccurity camera. Argh!!!!!
